CANCELLATION POLICY
Where a cancellation is made prior to 7 days before arrival, a full refund of all monies paid less any applicable credit card charges will be given, or if a credit card is only used to guarantee the booking – No charges will apply.
A cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled within seven (7) days of arrival. Between 7-3 days before arrival at Oreti, including bookings made within this period, a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night's tariff per Apartment will be charged.
Within 3 days of arrival, including bookings made within this period, the total booking will be charged.
No refund can be given for no shows, any unused services or early departures.
Should any of the above cancellations include out side activities - further cancellation charges or administration fees may be applicable for charges that Oreti may be liable for.
Cancellations should be made in writing via fax or email.
